Nampak Plastics offers a two year graduate programme. It supports the company’s succession planning process and is designed to ensure that talented individuals join Nampak with a view to a long-term career with the company.
Graduates are mentored throughout the programme by a Nampak board director and also receive career coaching.
The graduate programme includes:
- Familiarisation with the overall Nampak business through involvement in a wide range of opportunities
- Specific experience working on projects within the graduates’ chosen discipline
- Attendance on a Prince’s Trust programme
- Participation in an Institute of Leadership and Management accredited leaders’ programme.
