Nampak Plastics has extensive in-plant experience in the dairy industry and is therefore able to offer a complete service for the design, implementation, start-up and operation of ‘hole-through-the-wall’ production at customers' filling sites (where product volumes justify it). The partnering with our customers to have equipment on their sites avoids distribution costs altogether. 

In the high volume and immediate use environment of an in-plant, consistent high product quality is maintained by the use of sophisticated optical scanning equipment backed up by computer software. 

Nampak is able to complete the ‘total package’ service by supporting the in-plant operation with satellite sites, which provide back up security of supply, produce lower volume product requirements and offer new product R&D facilities.
